Keep Jackson Beautiful is hosting our 2nd annual Keep Jackson Beautiful Month. This will be a month to celebrate our Earth and to take care of it. Each weekend in April there will be a cleanup to participate in. Not only are we encouraging individuals or groups to join one of our cleanups, we encourage you to start your own cleanup or environmental activity in your community!
We invite all Jacksonians to join this national cleanup event. Americans across the country will be cleaning up yards and doing something special to make each street look its best! Neighborhoods across the city will participate during March, April, and May with cleanup, planting, and painting events.
We're currently looking for volunteers, donors and sponsors for the upcoming.
To make this a success, we need your help.
Please Bring your own gloves or trash grabbers if you have them.
These events qualify for community service hours; certificates will be issued
If rain is in the forecast cleanup days will be on the following Saturday.
